All returns must be postmarked within five (5) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Returns can be made ONLY if we are at error and not the customer. We are NOT responsible if you order the wrong model of Phone and it can only can be changed within 2 HOURS after the purchase has been made. But if the case has been made and been dispatched and delivered it CAN NOT be returned or exchanged
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns aren’t valid on custom cases unless damged.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Please note that if you will get re-funded you will get back 1Euro off the amount you originally paid example:You paid 15.00Euro the refunded amount will be 14Euro due to selling commission fees.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
